1. Scope and seller

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed in the online store motsdesucces.com. The seller is motsdesuccès (info@motsdesucces.com); full operator details are listed in our Legal notice. Our products are offered to private consumers worldwide.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in our store is not a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button at checkout, you submit a binding order. You can review and correct all entries before submitting it. We confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract is concluded with this order confirmation. The contract language is English.

We store the contract text. You receive all order details in the confirmation email; please keep it for your records.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected in the store. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order. For deliveries outside the country of dispatch, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply; these are payable by the recipient (see our Shipping Policy).

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed.

4. Production and delivery

All products are made to order. Production and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. If a product cannot be produced, we will inform you immediately and refund any payment already made.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Right of withdrawal, returns and warranty

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details on withdrawal, returns, refunds and defective items can be found in our Refund Policy. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law. In all other cases, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, texts, images and logos in this store are protected. Any use without our prior written consent is not permitted.

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence. Statutory places of jurisdiction for consumers remain unaffected.
